FAQs
What is your comission?
The commission varies based on the specific property, but typically it is 25% of the monthly generated revenue. This excludes the cleaning fee, which is paid by each guest when making the reservation.
What will my involvement be as the property owner?
Apart from the initial discussion on the strategy of the property and any specific requirements you might have, you will not have to be involved in any of the ongoing property management tasks.
How will I get paid?
Revenue from the reservations will go directly to your bank account and Innorental will issue you a monthly invoice for our services.
What about taxes?
If you partner with us as a private person, you will have to pay 10% income tax in Latvia on the rental income once a year. If you partner with us as a company, then it's better to consult an accountant.
